How it works

The Skydive will take place at Clonbullogue Airfield, Edenderry, Co. Offaly on the 23rd September 2023. You will be attached to an expert tandem master and the jump requires very little training. You jump from 10,000 to 13,000 feet, free fall for 30 seconds where you’ll reach 200km per hour before the tandem master opens the two-person parachute. The tandem master does all the work during the skydive and training only takes 20-30 minutes. Your assigned tandem master will brief you on all phases of your jump and ensure that you get the most from the experience while taking every precaution to ensure safety. Participants must be over 18 years old.

Fundraising

Participants are asked to fundraise at least €600, of which €280 covers the reduced rate cost for a charity jump and the balance of funds raised goes to the Dyslexia Association of Ireland to support our services for children and adults with dyslexia. You can create a personal fundraising page on iDonate.ie or on Facebook. Sponsorship cards are available from either the Dyslexia Association of Ireland or from the Irish Parachute Club.
