22 Feb Readable Project Pilot Phase
The very best of luck and thank you to all the students, tutors, parents/guardians who have agreed to be part of piloting the Readable Project, our new initiative for children and young people with dyslexia. This exciting new venture aims to show the pleasure that can be experienced from books and the many ways stories can be accessed. The pilot phase comprises 6 Readable Projects with different age groups and in different parts of the country. There will be approx. 6 students together with a tutor in each Readable Project group ensuring everyone can fully participate. The sessions will take place online for 6 weeks for one hour a week. We hope that these pilots will be a valuable learning process, leading to the development of a robust model for the Readable Project. Following review and evaluation of the pilot phase, we hope to roll out the Readable Projects to a wider audience later in the year, so watch this space!
